TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • All the trips start and end at VATHSALA CABS @ BANGALORE.
  • Bookings have to be given in advance.
  • Minimum traveling 250 Kms Per day for Outstation trips.
  • Payments have to be made immediately upon the start/release of the car.
  • Any other incidental expenses such as Parking, Toll, Entry Permit and any Government Taxes will be charged to the party’s account.
  • All the columns in the duty slip have to be filled by the user to ensure correct billing.
  • For outstation trips, billing is done as per calendar day basis.
  • Time and Kilometers will be calculated on Garage-to-Garage basis and bills will be made accordingly.
  • The customer is expected to sign and correctly fill the duty slip and hand it over to the chauffeur.
  • The company reserves the right to change the Tariff at any time without any notice.
  • Disputes if any shall be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
  • No disputes are entertained if the user column in the duty slip is not completely filled in by the user.
